About Modeling for the Workshop:
- There are typically 4-5 female figure models in the workshop. Some may have more experience figure modeling, though no experience is necessary as long as you are comfortable posing nude, take direction well, and like to collaborate with photographers.
- All of your expenses on the lake will be covered. You may travel with us on our personal boat free of charge, all your meals are included (please advise if you have special dietary needs), and though we tent camp on location, we have accommodations for your use such as an enclosed hot shower, toilet, etc. You will be responsible for transportation to and from the lake, however we often have carpools you can catch a ride with, depending on where you live.
- Time spent modeling each day is only a few hours. Most of the time is spent hiking to and from locations, and at camp.
- If you have tattoos, they will probably have to be covered each day with a concealer unless they are not obvious.
- Pay is dependent on how many photographers and models sign up for the workshop, but is typically $300 for the week. Models that attend our workshops do not do so because of the nominal modeling fee, but for the amazing trip – to experience the beauty and magnificence of Lake Powell, and for the photographic opportunities. To put this trip into perspective, individuals that visit Lake Powell typically pay between $4,000 and $10,000 just to spend a week on the lake – and we pay around $8500 to make this trip happen. If all you are concerned with is the cash compensation – it won’t be worth your time.
